The Maria Kaupas Academy Upper School meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, September through May. There are fifteen weeks per semester, with ample breaks provided around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Holy Week / Easter. School is not held on any Holy Day of Obligation that may happen to fall on a school day. Make-up days for any winter snow cancellations are added at the end of the season, in May and possibly early June.

The weekly schedule is redrawn each year as the school expands, so this schedule is not necessarily indicative of when particular classes will be offered in the next season.
